1. What payment methods do you accept?


Currently, we accept all major credit/debit cards.

2. How long does shipping take?


Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.


3. Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we do 🌍. International shipping charges may apply.


4. How can I track my order?


As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by email.


5. What is your return policy?


At Aurvise, returns are accepted only if the product received is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

📩 To request a return, you must contact us at aurvise@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue.


6. Do you offer refunds?


Yes ✅ If your return request is approved (defective/wrong item), a refund will be processed to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.


7. Can I exchange an item for a different size?


Currently, we do not offer direct size exchanges. Please ensure to check our Size Guide before ordering.


8. How do I know my size?


Every product page has a Size Guide. If you need further help, just email us and we’ll assist you.
